I had the pleasure of reading the book and listening to the audiobook. I am continually amazed by the exceptionally talented and award-winning narrator, Susan Bennett.

Her remarkable ability to enhance THE MAD WIFE is truly commendable. She articulately embodies the essence of the characters, the narrative, and the spirit of the 1950s with passion, sensitivity, and enthusiasm, resulting in a captivating and immersive listening experience. The synergy between the author and the narrator feels like a perfect partnership.

I had the pleasure of reading the book and listening to the audiobook. I am continually amazed by the exceptionally talented and award-winning narrator, Susan Bennett.

Her remarkable ability to enhance THE MAD WIFE is truly commendable. She articulately embodies the essence of the characters, the narrative, and the spirit of the 1950s with passion, sensitivity, and enthusiasm, resulting in a captivating and immersive listening experience. The synergy between the author and the narrator feels like a perfect partnership.

Jolene's humor balances the tension, & readers will be eager to unravel the complex mystery surrounding Beau's mother, with hints that the next installment may delve into the story of his father.

The plot intricately intertwines the quest for answers regarding the house's dark history with the unresolved romantic tension between Nola & Beau, setting the stage for an exciting continuation of the series.
